ICONA HomeWatch is a HIPAA-ready care management platform that brings families, caregivers, and home-care agencies together around a single, secure record of a loved one's daily well-being. The app lets family members register their loved one, customize the care tasks they want performed, and receive real-time updates and visit summaries after every caregiver visit. Caregivers use it to view their daily schedule, clock in with GPS verification, complete guided care and medication checklists, and log wellness assessments that automatically roll up into a family-facing summary. Agencies get an admin dashboard to oversee every client, assign caregivers, track live visit coverage on a map, and coordinate emergency response — all from one place.
